Refund Policy
Clear refund decisions before live payments go on.
This policy describes the intended reader-facing refund and cancellation approach. It requires provider, tax, consumer-law, and legal review before real payment launch.
Last updated: June 15, 2026
Before live payments
Navirella should not enable live payments until the selected provider, price IDs or plan codes, webhooks, entitlement handling, cancellation behavior, and refund operations have been tested.
Any refund offered before a final policy review should be handled manually by the operator through the payment provider dashboard and recorded safely in the entitlement model.
Subscriptions
When subscriptions are enabled, readers should be able to cancel future renewal according to the payment provider flow and the account or support path shown at checkout.
Cancellation may stop future billing without automatically refunding past billing periods unless required by law, provider rules, or an approved support decision.
Individual purchases and downloads
Individual book purchases may provide immediate digital access. Refund eligibility may depend on whether access or downloads were used, local law, provider rules, duplicate charges, technical failure, or a support-reviewed exception.
Download links are intended to be short-lived and account-specific. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing downloads may make a refund request ineligible.
How to request help
For a refund, cancellation, duplicate-charge, access, or download issue, contact hello@navirella.com with the account email, title, payment provider reference if available, and a short description.
Do not send card numbers, passwords, webhook secrets, or private credentials in support messages.
