For rights, licensing, copyright, editorial, privacy, data access, or data deletion requests, include the title, URL, account email if relevant, and the action you are requesting.
Response expectations
Before launch, support operations, ownership, and response windows still need final operator review. After launch, support should be monitored alongside Vercel, Supabase, payment, ad, reward, and job queue health.
Urgent security reports should clearly say security in the subject line and avoid including exploit secrets or private data beyond what is necessary to understand the report.
