Chapters must be published and may require sign-in, coins or an active VIP benefit. The book and chapter pages show the supported access requirement.

Check Billing first. If a provider-confirmed payment is still missing, open Support with the order reference and payment date. Never send card details, a PIN, password or one-time code.

Open Write for us, review the application guidance and sign in to submit. Your application page shows the current review status.

Use the report action on the relevant story. For account, access or payment help, open a private Support request instead.
