Navirella is operated by Gabriel Emmanuel Peter in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. You can contact us at hello@navirella.com. These terms describe use of the Navirella website and do not remove rights you have under applicable law.

Use accurate account information and protect your sign-in details. Use the service only where you are legally able to accept these terms, or with the involvement of a parent or guardian where required. You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account. Contact support if you believe someone else has accessed it.

Book pages identify available chapters and their access requirements. A free chapter may still require sign-in. Coin unlocks apply to the chapter shown at the time of confirmation. VIP access lasts for the paid period recorded in your billing history. Availability can change if content is withdrawn, corrected or removed for a rights or safety concern. Contact us if that prevents you from receiving something you purchased.

The shop and checkout display a product's currency, price, duration, coin quantities and included benefits before payment. Recurring subscriptions and nonrenewing passes are separate products. A pass does not itself authorize recurring charges. For an active recurring subscription, use Billing to stop future renewal. Cancellation does not itself request a refund; contact support if a payment or service problem needs review.

Coins are service credits for supported Navirella actions. They are not an investment or a promise of cash redemption. A purchase is credited only after payment verification. Check-in and other available rewards follow the rules shown on the rewards page. Reversed or refunded payments can reverse their associated benefits. Any balance shortfall is reviewed without allowing a negative spendable balance.

Read and download content only through the access provided to your account. Do not redistribute protected works, attempt to defeat access controls, submit unlawful material, or interfere with another person's account. Authors retain their rights in their work; publication requires permission to host and display that work. Report a rights concern with enough detail for us to identify the work and investigate.

Advertising may appear on eligible pages. Paid benefits that expressly include ad-free access are respected during their valid period. No payment or reward depends on clicking an advertisement. We do not promise that an ad will appear at every reading break.

For account, content or payment problems, use Support or write to hello@navirella.com. Provide an order reference where relevant, but never send passwords, complete card details or banking credentials. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page; the terms displayed for a completed purchase remain relevant to that purchase.
